GOAT Run Sponsorship
The Great Olympic Adventure Trail (GOAT) Run launched in 2014. This full- and half-marathon travel along the Adventure Route in the opposite direction of the OAT Run, providing a different view of the trail. It also features a spectacular finish on the shores of Lake Crescent inside Olympic National Park. Log Cabin Resort provides finish line food and drink, and the lake is there for swimming or just cooling down tired legs.
With the growing interest in trail running, this event has attracted athletes from Colorado, Oregon, California, Hawaii, and Canada. The GOAT Run is sure to grow.
GOAT Run also donates funds to the Peninsula Chapter of the Backcountry Horsemen of Washington and to the Peninsula Trails Coalition for the construction and maintenance of the Olympic Discovery Trail and the Olympic Adventure Trail.
